Cheated. Yup. And I’m ok with it.

Thanksgiving. Cheated but stayed pretty reasonable. Focused on one cheat area (dessert) and kept the rest pretty close. Some gravy, but lots of salad, meat stuffing, and no mashed potatoes. Our gym had a 9am wod for thanksgiving and that was “fun”. Lots of work, but probably ate the calories back. Cake AND pie? Yes, I did.

Breakfast leftovers. Poached chicken breast, roast Brussel sprouts, carrots and onions all topped with carrot greens pesto. Yum. Wife would probably not eat this for breakfast. 
Wod was pretty good today. Felt good.
